HOW TO DISABLE SPEECH RECOGNITION?

Well the first time I came to know about the speech recognition in PCs I was so interested. And I did try a lot commanding my computer and making it do stuff which I could have done it a lot faster with hands (honestly). But sooner than I know I was annoyed by it as it did not function as I expect it to function and it pops up when I don't want it to. And got it disabled.
 If your also being bugged and want to disable it. This is how to do it:
1. GO TO < CONTROL PANEL>
2. SELECT< SPEECH RECOGNITION>
3. SELECT< ADVANCED SPEECH OPTIONS>
4. UNCHECK<RUN SPEECH RECOGNITION AT START>
5. OK.

The Speech Recognition will be disabled.
 In case of enabling follow the steps till three (3) and
1. CHECK <RUN SPEECH RECOGNITION AT START>
2. OK.

This will enable the speech recognition.
